Suite Hire
                The SERDE Business Centre has Suites available for use under contract. These suites are particularly suited for people in the process of establishing / starting a business or currently working from home and wishing to expand their business. Facilities that are available to tenants include 24/7 security, photocopier, facsimile, internet and reception services. Conveniences such as our central location, car parking and 24 hour access to your office make Serde Business Centre a very attractive location for your business development.

Daily Suite Hire
                The SERDE Business Centre provides accommodation for businesses that require office space for short periods of time. This can be for any length, ranging from a few hours to weeks. These offices are great for meetings, allowing you to centralise yourself and have clients visit you.
The Business Centre is centrally located with Reception hours between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Conveniences such as Internet connection, telephone, facsimile, photocopying and Secretarial Duties are also available to ensure that your visit runs smoothly (fees may apply).

Conference Room Hire
                  To complement the offices, SERDE Business Centre also has available to the business or private sector, a Conference Room, which can be valuable for larger groups. Whether it is for a meeting or for training, the Conference Room can comfortably seat up to 50 people in a theatre style or up to 25 in a classroom situation.

The Conference Room has available for use a whiteboard, overhead projector, data show and tea and coffee facilities. 
The SERDE Business Centre has all the necessary amenities to make your visit comfortable.
